2. I agree not to charge clients referred from Eap.Net but instead to seek payment through Bulk Billing Medicare.
3. I agree to immediately inform Eap.Net if I am unable to continue to provide services.
4. I agree to adhere by the guidelines of the National Privacy Principles.
